For the past 2 weeks i was thinking of writing something, but yet i dun really know what to write. Kinda like brain-dead during this hols u know what i mean? And yea my mind is semi-occupied by Travian, tt stupid game tt Louis introduced me to kill time. Kill time it really did. Such a simple and elegant game, yet with so much strategy, planning and timing involved that it seems like we are fighting a world war. And hell yea, we are fighting a war!
I know i'm gonna get some *rolls over eyes* from Shirui, but nvm la hahahaha.
Anyways, holidays havent been very very inspiring. So far, i've only written 1 song (was planning to do more initially, but song-writing isnt something tt u say u wanna do means u can do it) Still working on it, especially the lyrics, really dunno what to write. It's titled "House of Rock n Roll", somewhat Van Halen-ish influences in terms of the riffs. Harmonics and all that. Very anthemic, arena rock like Daniel says. But when u have a song title like that, u dun really know what to write for lyrics. Sheesh. And there's this segment of chords where it's kinda hard to solo. Maybe gonna try something weird this time. And i wonder how am i gonna screech like Ronnie James Dio. Hmmmm

Just played the best basketball game in a while. With Dred's bunch of Hong Kah East players. Good challenge, esp this dude Paul who's like uber-good. No one could really mark him in his heyday, but now he's grown abit pudgy so better chance this time. Still hard though. Anyways, i made 2 3-pointers (not clutch though, more like free shots), and assisted a hell lot of fast breaks. Made some pretty decent passes and got the offense moving. I think i did quite well defensively, cos Xiang was like saying "Good-D" (Good Defense) throughout the game. Some steals, some strips. I guess the training in NUS did work to a certain extent? I felt confident throughout the game though. Maybe the touch is coming back?
Anyways i did all the above-mentioned, after running abt 3 km with Sichao. I'm so in pain right now. But it's a good fitness day. Must work towards my 6 pecs and not get suan-ed by Key!
Hmm, my keyboard battery is dying. After like... a few months? Or even more considering when i first bought this thing. I think abt 1 yr... ok changing batteries every year seems like a decent deal enough.
Oh yea, Christmas and New Year were spent with Shirui. Christmas with her family, and New Year with mine. Nothing much really. I'm not really a crowd person, so i will not go out and get cosy with the pple out there. And add in the burden of protecting Shirui, i think i will enjoy lesser. Watch fireworks can come Boon Lay. Actually i can watch from my balcony, though it's quite blocked. At least i can hear the fireworks booming haha.
Mmm keyboard really dying. And i guess i cant think of anything to type. Another day perhaps.
