Joanna and Jason got me a brand new Stratocaster for my birthday! Antique-finished somemore. It's a real beauty:

Complete with 21 frets and all of the hardware to get some jang jang done! Ok, maybe one of the string bridges is missing, so probably u cant adjust the last string's intonation. And other than the rusty and "stiff" strings, everything is good to go!

Speaking of guitars, here's some others in room:

This beautiful sunburst strat was given to me by Shirui for my 21st birthday. It's not very playable tho, cos there's only 10 frets, and they are all unevenly spaced. There's no input jack either!! And umm, the strings are nylon. Hmm probably it's supposed to be played like a classical guitar? If so, then what's the need for the 3 pickups? Oh no pickup selector either. But kudos to the whammy bar tho, cos if u cant play the guitar, at least u can still do some whammy tricks!

Ah~ the fabled tobacco sunburst Les Paul in the hands of Slash himself. Bought this baby last year. Do note that this is the authentic Gibson Les Paul here we're talking about. Complete with 22 frets, inlays, side bindings, knobs and pickups. Look how our dear Slash is playing a soulful bend. Ooh.

Mini guitars. Gotta love them.

Hello Chang, Have you entered the First Act/Volkswagen "Rock God" contest? Check out http://www.vdubsrock.com. The deadline to enter is next Tuesday.

Have you ever tried First Act? I discovered the brand when the Slash commercials first aired. I hope to check out their studio in boston the next time I'm up that way.

Hi matt, nice site u recommended. But i doubt im good enuff to duel it out with the best in the world yet.

As for First Act, nope havent heard of it at all. Guitar selection in Singapore is pretty limited my friend. Well this First Act brand looks sweet though. Screams of old-school blues rock sweetness!~
