I havent been living very healthily lately.

My body's not healthy. (Down with a flu/cold/cough/fever whatever)

My mind's not healthy. (Been doing pointless stuff)

My behaviour's not healthy. (Sleeping late)

At least i'm still eating healthily.

The thing about sleep is that, everytime i wake up, it's already 12pm. And then i tell myself tt i dun wanna sleep so early cos i wake up at 12. So i sleep at 4. And the cycle repeats.

Slowly, i'll wake up later, and sleep later, and then, i lose 1 day of sleep.

Then i get sick, and sleep back the day.

I'm trying hard to sleep early.

Please encourage me.
