A sudden wave of fatigue hit me this afternoon. Ended up sleeping on SJQ's bed. Think must be working out too hard, or that i dun have enough rest.
Came up with a simple pentatonic lick tt's played with wide intervals, using lotsa slides, hammer-ons and pull-offs. Idea came off a 2 hand tapping sequence, which was tend converted to something that's playable via only the left. Got a little inspiration after watching Guthrie Govan play "Fives". It's amazing how much smoother a lick sounds with more legato.
Anyways, the lick is somewhat in 5/4 again. Damn bad habit. Write something in normal timing pls.
Guess it's gonna be a somewhat unconventional track this time. Avant Garde? I dunno. Hopefully it turns out listenable.
Got another buttload of music to listen. And i'm yet done with the existing lot. To be frank i dun listen much at home. I like the peace and silence of my room. Especially at night. Music is just a time killer like on the train/bus or while studying, to prevent myself from dozing off. But sometimes i do doze off to stuff like Dragonforce.
Broke again. Thanks to the $4 chee cheong fun at SJQ's. Madness. And it tastes like rubber tubing. Wonder who the hell eats that shit.
I must control my spending now, cos it's spiralling out of hand. Especially when it comes to supper. Pfft. Been eating so much this hols. Luckily im working out as hard, or else things will turn ugly. Or fat for that matter.
Need to procrastinate less, organ-idle less, eat healthier, workout more, hydrate more, chill more, guitar more, ball more, spend more time with Shirui.
