This might sound quite duh to some people, but..

I can do clapping and one-handed push-ups!

To be frank, i never had much upper body strength. So this is really a nice surprise.

Maybe i can work on more clapping pushups to get more explosiveness out of my training. After all basketball is all about exploding movements.

Explode when you jump, explode when you pass the ball, explode when you drive past the defender, explode when you change direction to shake off the defender.

It's all about small but fast movements in your body.

Speed work. More speed work. In fact all speed work is quite nice too.

Hmm.

Workout Log:
4 x 320m slow jog (hamstrings still gone)
10 x 10 Lateral lifts + 10 Bicep Curls + 10 Frontal Lifts + 5 Finger Pushups + 10 Shoulder Press
