Icing my right wrist now. Just iced my left LCL (i think). And using the isqueeze to work on the feet. Good stuff, just wished that the machine has wheels beneath to get it out of the way when i'm not using it.
Guess i'm still not very ready to play yet. So prob this entire week is to work on the muscles and less movement.
For the uninitiated, i'm playing in some amateur filipino basketball league. My team's current standing is 1 win 2 losses, both losses i wasnt present though.
Seems like i'm the winning factor hahahahaha.
Stupid marathon.
