Randomising the order of exercises actually messes with your body. Forces it to adapt to different strains at different times. I actually wrote a script to randomise the order. Hur.

Doing the exercises as a circuit probably saves more time as u can rest less, and it's less straining on the body as u don't stress the same muscles for multiple sets.
