New look + some updates

Hi,

Haven't written anything here for a year. Last year, I lost myself in a MMO (Forsaken World - what an apt name), put on body fat till my clothes couldn't fit, proposed to SR finally, traveled in Europe, voted for the first time and many other things i couldn't recall because i didn't sleep much due to the gaming and it affected my memory somewhat. Was living in a fuzzy-like state for the past year. Still fuzzy now as i still sleep really late, but for different reasons.

I changed the look of the page, as i felt that i wasn't into music that much anymore. Haven't played the guitar for a long time, but i don't miss it. Been touched by some astronomy, so this new look represents how i feel right now. We are just a tiny speck of star dust in the grand scheme of things.

So what am i busy with lately?
- Basketball: My ahpek team is 3-3 in the SingaPinoy league now. For the coming Sunday, we are playing in the knockout stage. So u lose, u go home. Playing at ACS barker indoor court, so be there if u wanna catch me in action. Also, taking part in the Community Games, representing Jurong Green CC. My team has won the Jurong Division (though i played a really minor role in this), so now we're waiting for the nationals to begin in September.

- House renovations: Just bought a HDB in Clementi, so renovations are in order. Busy planning and designing as we did not hire a interior designer. Never liked the modern-ish design anyways, so hopefully we can save a bit of money there. Spending lots of money to build our love nest, so that it's conducive to have many little birds.

- Wedding Preparations: So far, we've booked all the necessary stuff like hotels, photographers, gowns & suits etc. Just waiting for the gowns to be ready so that we can go take some pictures, and then more or less we'll just chill till the wedding day.

- Diablo 3: What i do when i have some time to spare. What people don't get about the Diablo game is that, it is essentially a single player game. There's nobody to compare with, nothing to rush for, and the end game is just to find good items to sell. One can live in his own world and take his own sweet time to play. Which is what i'm doing now. Most of the time i'm doing stupid things in-game w Andy instead of trying to beat the game. Doing stupid things is fun.

Feels good to be able to pour out some of my thoughts here. I realise i don't know anyone who can fully appreciate all the different aspects of my life. Every friend i have is only good for a certain topic. Perhaps i will blog more often then. Feels interesting to read what i've written in the past too.
