Taking pictures of another person is not a crime. Taking pictures of another person in a compromising position is a crime, i.e no upskirt or downblouse. Hmm how about buttcracks? That being said, i think this all boils down to the perception of 1 thing:
Whether the culprit is handsome or not.
I'm sure Ryan Gosling will have no problem going around taking pictures of women. He can even smile at them after the picture is taken, and proceed to have an awesome dinner together.
Moral of the story: Don't go around taking pictures of women unless you are FUCKING SURE you are handsome
