This is just some random nonsense. I dunno what triggered it but i suspect it's the latest Scott Adams' post. Anyways here are some ways to interpret the truth:
Mathematical Truth: It is true if you can show that every part of it is true. It is not true when u can show tt one part of it is false.
Statistical Truth: It is true as long as 95% of it is true, or seems to be true. It might not be true at all. We have to have confidence.
Scientific Truth: It may not be true. But we do not know so we assume it to be true first. Hopefully nothing comes along to disprove it in our lifetime.
Business Truth: If it earns money, then it is true. If it doesnt earn money, you are fired.
Political view on truth: As long as we can make the common people think it is true, then it is true.
Public opinion on truth: As long as the government says it is true, then it is true.
Religious Truth: What my god says is true. What your god says are all lies.
And for Louis,
iDiOt's Truth: If it is true, then it is not untrue. So it's a 50% chance. Throw a coin to decide. Head for true.
-END BULLSHIT-
I befriended 2 strangers in my neighbourhood in 2 days. A guitarer named Nisam, and a bballer named Zheng from China. Both live in my block. What an interesting coincidence.
Trying to figure out how to play the acoustic version of X Japan - Tears. It's an extreme stretch cum barre exercise. I barred so much tt my index finger hurts. But like Nisam said:
"You have to understand y u are playing music for. Music was everything to me."
Anyways i think i impressed him with my rendition of Hotel California yesterday. I figured he wouldnt get I Believe at all. Mmm, probably should change strings for my acoustic. 1 year old already? Brilliant. My strings are 1 year old! Kudos to Maestro strings. I din spend 20 dollars on them for nothing.
I think i've slacked today away. Just sitting in front of the com and noodling on the acoustic. Shld get my ass moving and start studying for the final exam. Shucks.
