It's funny how fatigue works. This morning i was still reeling from the shagness of yday's ball. And then in the afternoon, i did my 100 pushups program. And after tt, the shagness of yday's ball is replaced by the fatigue in the arms instead. It seemed like 1 pain was replaced by another.

Use pain to counter pain? Yi Tong Gong Tong.

Good girl! Brush your teeth at night. Pat pat.

Ok tt's random, cos said random gf just randomly decided to obey my naggings and brushed before she slept. And then she randomly smsed me. Silly.

Anyways, i realised i have to do an extra 5 pushups for each training day's maximum to hit 100 by the end of the 100 pushups program. My max is 45 now, and i have 10 more training days, so tt gives be 95 max. Then the next day is the 100 pushup challenge. So i guess it scales pretty linearly, though i figure the effort is exponential.

Can i do it? I think i can! Grrr.

Mind you my pushups are no longer half fuck. Nice nice one ok.

To pple who dunno: I'm never a pushup person. My arms are like weak for most of my life. Even in NS days i could only scrape by. But dunno why i can do chin ups quite easily. Maybe my biceps aren't strong or smthing. Weird.

On my new working song, it's somewhat finalised in structure already. Quite varied this time, none of that repetitiveness tt plagued most of my previous songs. Sort of have a good idea on how the drums are gonna be like, the quiet and loud moments to give tt roller coaster feeling too. The only problem is....

I dunno how to start the song. Pfft.

I din write off a riff this time (mainly just off chords and strumming), so the introduction is kinda tricky. Maybe i can get some ideas off some ballads to see how it's done.

Listening to some Avril Lavigne. I really like her songs. Amazingly written.

Time to crash.
