Super shag. I dun mind guarding guys tt are bigger than me. I seriously think i have a chance of shutting them down. The only problem arises when im guarding them for every single game, which is fucking tiring.
Getting posted up is nothing at all, cos i know how to front and deny the entry pass. It only sucks when the guy's action is like super violent and swingy, cos i really dun wanna get elbowed in the face.
Today's ball is still fun i guess. Just tiring. Want to rant abit. No injuries fortunately.
Doing squats do help. Feel more energy in defending. Made some really bad shots, and some really good ones. Inconsistent shooting day. Stupid construction near my court really kills my mood to go shoot. Bad handles as well, need to work on ball control and confidence more. Maybe it's the fatigue too.
I wrote a new song today. Came out of nowhere. Told Johnson i wanted to write a ballad, and then in abt 15 mins i have one. Cliche maybe, but it's melodic.
I realised i dun really like to use funny chords to write my songs, cos they make it harder to sing and probably harmonise too. So it's just basic major and minor and the occasional 7th to spice up for me.
It's funny how some people just cannot fully understand NUS bidding. It's 90% common sense, 9% shrewdness and 1% kiam-siap-ism. The value of 400 points is highly dependent on whether the minimum bid is 401 or 1, which in both case is close to useless. Haha.
Be smart, bid hard.
On module selection, i'm all for modules that i can score, slack, or generally just easy on my life/points/grades. Interest is subjective, cos a perceived easy module will also seem interesting, whereas a perceived hard module will rarely get me excited in reading the notes.
All i really want is to get my degree with a decent honours. That's it. The process doesnt matter. It's the end. That's why it's no harm making my life simpler by choosing "slacker" modules.
Alright. Lights out. My relac ball today turned into shiong ball. : [
