Part of my life learning process is by observing the people around me. Observe the way they speak, the things they do, the mistakes they make etc. I try my best to absorb the attributes i like, or the attributes i think are good and positive, and constantly remind myself not to commit the same mistakes and do similar stupid things.
I think it's a good way to learn. I dun have to get my hands dirty all the time. It's fortunate that for the major part of my life alot of people have tried alot of things before i do, so i have some form of reference and insurance, that yes this is do-able, and no this is not do-able.
Maybe it's a bad thing that i'm not much of a trailblazer, but being an extremely risk adverse person, i guess i can't help it. Just gotta live with who i am. Comfort zone? So be it.
-------
Tried some form of core and stability training, and i must say it's a good way to spice up the training. Just add a simple basketball to balance and it becomes a totally different exercise. Like push ups, you can put either arm on the ball or on your feet. I'm quite keen to get the giant gym ball to expand on the stability stuff tt i can do.
Ball with the guys tml. Hope it's fun. And safe.
Workout Log:
10 sets of
-10 ball pushups
-1 min plank
-10 dumbbellside bends
-10 dumbell trunk twists
-10 single leg squats
-10 dumbbell squats
