Nothing much happening today. Wanna wake up for shots today, but ended up sleeping back again till 1pm. The fatigue from last night still lingered i guess.
Madness pushup day. Today's quite over the top. 260+ pushups in total. A major jump of 190+ from last week. But of course i do rest quite a bit today. Doing 5 by 5 does help in pacing yourself. And i plan to skip the squats and calves this week, in preparation of AHM. Time to give them some valuable rest.
Yet to get started on typing my FYP stuff, and LJL just threw me another paper to read up on. Heavy stuff, 15 pages of heavy stuff. Gotta get started on it as it shld help me with my proof somehow.
