My friend's pop duo, July Snow, has recorded a new song "对错" or "Right or Wrong" in English. Visit their Myspace to check out the song. It's typical Chinese pop, but the 2 guys can really sing, so yea gotta give them credit. After all they were from Ocean Butterfly singing school, can't be that bad.

I dun really get the reasons behind rushing to record an album and shoot MVs and what not. It's like you're not a superstar yet what, so what's the point of spending time doing such pointless "promotional" stuff when it's better to devote the energy and time to hone and finetune the song arrangement and technique. And better still, write more songs so that you really have a good selection to choose from when recording the album.
Jay's album is coming out soon. The first 2 leaked songs i heard weren't very exciting to be honest, but of course the king of recycling is able to subtlely abuse his magic and reuse his ideas again, cheating all the xiao mei meis once more. For me the benchmark would be his ballads, so we'll wait for Joanna to pass me her copy when she buys the cd. ^^
I've expanded 2 more sections to my guitar practice sessions, namely legato/tapping and flash riffs. So that's 6 sections in total, which gives me a more rounded rock guitar practice. I mean, how can it be rock without tapping and flash riffs?
And it's actually quite tedious to tab everything into gp5. I've already cleared Beez's book, so now it's troy stetina's book, which is gonna take quite a long time to finish tab. Gah.
And and, i've devised a way to decide which lick to choose from each section by generating random numbers! See statistics at work! Abuse R to it's fullest! runif FTW.
Alright getting high in the middle of the day isnt quite a good sign. Shall sign off. Bye.
