Off-season

So we lost to the Icons today, and since it being a knockout round, that means today was our final game for the season. I didn't play well (5/8 for free throws, 1/4 for threes, numerous turnovers) but I guess that the best I can do to help my team win. Looking back, we have improved our regular season (3-3 instead of 1-6 previously), so I guess that a positive thing to take away.

Alvin asked what we should improve this off-season, and this got me thinking on a personal level. What should i improve this off-season? Off my head:
- Speed, and lateral quickness (Offense and Defense)
- Strength
- Ball handling
- Shooting
- Passing
- Playing under pressure.

Seems like a lot of stuff. I'm already visualising my training programme already. Been reading slam dunk again. I'm not a Tian Cai (genius) like Sakuragi, so I wouldn't expect my results to come quick. Just have to keep grinding at it till I improve.

Work hard.

Side note: it is interesting to note that i feel completely at ease with the ball in a half court game, but i feel completely not at ease with the ball in a full court game. I wonder why.
