Advice from a middle-aged woman.

Father dies, son gets citizenship. Forumer posts epic reply.

Citizenship is getting cheap i tell you.

"There's a quick and easy way to test whether an activity involves skill; ask whether you can lose on purpose. In games of skill, it's clear that you can lose intentionally but when playing roulette or the lottery you can't lose on purpose"

I like this quote.

Smart Fat Loss: Take the Easy Way Out

I agree with this. I think we are being brought up to be perfect in everything we do, so much so that we are often holding ourselves back in starting something, because this/that is not perfect and what not.

Start small, start easy, and slowly work your way through it. This probably goes in-line with the patience article yesterday.

This translates to other aspects as well.

I like small wins.
