Forgot to log yday's workout:
5km jog
10 x 5 chin ups + 10 push ups + 20 sit-ups

Finally got to see Hapi yday. Crazy fella almost dragged the beach chair away just so he could get nearer to me. As cute as ever.

He's a bigger, stronger dog now, but still as clumsy as ever, as silly as ever. But i still love him.

Love how he gets so worried tt we all leave him alone and runs so quickly to us cos he's a real pussy at heart.

Hapi really has a way with chicks. All the beach chicks were looking at us while we're running along the coast. Everyone just seems to want to touch his golden fur and let him sniff all around just so tt they could pat him alittle while more.

I love my dog. Too bad he's not in the house.

Went for ball this morning at TCHS, now HCI. Same old place, din change much. Just that i havent returned in a very long time. I dun really know exactly why i dislike TCHS so much, but i guess it's just the overall vibes i got for 4 yrs. Guess hanging out with guys wasnt my thing.

Ball's great. Fun and friendly. Most peeps are quite amateurs so we dun have super competitive people dying to show that they rule the court. Made some good shots, a few drives, but generally i was just passing the ball around and setting up screens. Din really want to get too involved cos not my friends lar.

Good that Alvin was on my team, rebounding was easily taken care of. Just shoot, and he'll grab it and put it back. Simple. National jumper ma haha. But of course such strategies wun work in a actual match cos of the 3 second rule. Nonetheless, it's the most dominating strategy for casual ball.

Rebounding is key in any situation. Gives confidence to shooters, puts pressure on the defenders in the paint, and of course the 2nd chance shots.

Some dude challenged me on a 1v1 (again), which i gladly dispatched with a 7-4 win. He really made me earn it tho, cos dude's like a tracker and he really runs and goes for the boards hard. My calves almost cramped after the game.

I'm out in the sun way too much. I feel overheated now.

Chao's right. The 5 Push Ups movement is not really about doing the 5 push ups. It's about the spirit of it all. So u can do something else to replace, u can do it differently, u can have a different schedule. Form is meaningless. What counts is the spirit of exercise.

I'm gonna start on 5 now. See ya
