I've concluded:
Ben & Jerry's ice-cream is over-rated!
For the same price, i'd prefer haagen daaz. For the same taste, i'd prefer any of Wall's premium ice-cream. Cos when it's so sweet, you can't really tell the difference. At most, just break a pack of oreos and mix it in. It isnt that hard after all.
Hmm, something's weird, i can't see my typing cursor. Wtf.
Anyways, it seems that my 5 Pushups movement hasn't really caught on. So far only Shirui, Louis and probably Sherwin is supporting me. I'm thinking of making a facebook group to push this movement forward tho.
I did 45 finger pushups today. I'm gonna do 5 more to make it 50. 50 is a nice number.
Chuan told me that they used to do 3 finger pushups in commando basketball to train the 3 shooting fingers' strength. I doubt i can do 3 fingers, so i started with 5 first. Probably when they are strong enough then i shall work on just 3. But either ways, i dun shoot with the 3 finger rule. My shooting style is probably more unorthodox. But it still works.

I had one of the best meals today. BBQ stingray + Ginger Onion Beef + Egg + Rice for only 8 dollars. Killer taste, killer price. Solid stuff la. Needless to say, i had to work it off.
Workout Log:
320m slow jog warmup
8 x 320m intervals at 1:10 + 1:10 rest
320m slow jog cooldown
50 pushups.
Today's intervals are better. Was able to maintain without being on the verge of puking. I really wondered how i managed to do 8mins+ for 2.4km during NDU days? Is the track shorter or what? I cannot imagine how i was able to run at such a blistering pace for 8 mins plus.
It's madness. I was mad.
