Shooting

Some quick wtf thoughts on the recent shooting in Colorado. According to the news, that guy bought "6,300 rounds of ammunition: 3,000 for his .233 semi-automatic AR-15 rifle, another 3,000 for his two .22 Glocks, and 300 cartridges for his pump-action shotgun." And the casualty count is 12 dead and 58 wounded. That's a lot of ammo to hurt 70 people. Think maybe he didn't bring all the ammo (too heavy) or he's just blind.

Then again, maybe he wasn't trained in the art of shooting. Some people are just blind. I was in the army and I've seen many hopeless cases. I was pretty decent even though I was born with the wrong combination of left master eye and right master hand. This guy is really bad.

I'm thankful that my country has very strict laws on weapons. There are too many mad people out there waiting to strike. Not to mention that by allowing guns, u empower the bad guys too. Note: there's a very distinct difference between mad people and bad people.

Sometimes we take our security for granted. Hope this is a good reminder for everyone that this country is not so bad after all.
