Recently, someone i know posted something about needing to work harder on the exercise to lose more weight. So naturally, i posted something along the lines of "it's not about the exercise, it's all in the diet. Go read up on paleo if u r interested." I guess it did not come out the right way, and now I'm reading his subsequent post saying that people assume he is fat because that he is a heavy eater and whatever.
1) I stand by my point that he needs to clean up on the things he eat. Clean food's definition differs from people to people. I stand by the paleo version, because it just makes sense.
2) Nobody is questioning on how much he's eating. He assumes that people assume he's eating a lot. That's a lack of self-esteem on his part i suppose.
3) If anyone thinks that exercise is the way to weight loss, they probably haven't done the math.

Here Come the Market Manipulators
This is how i generally feel about the stock market.
[gpgt] from buibui to fit fit, i finally did it.
Local success story of a person following LCHF diet, but it's paleo essentially.
